Als actuarieel medewerker binnen de afdeling Actuary & Monitoring Life - Product & Pricing ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor de productontwikkeling binnen het segment van zelfstandigen.
**De job in een notendop**
Jouw belangrijkste opdrachten zijn:
- Samen met de teams van de domeinen (Invest en Pension&Care) de pricing bepalen en de rentabiliteit opvolgen (inclusief herverzekeringen).
- Op regelmatige basis rapporteren aan het management over de rentabiliteitssituatie en de bewegingen op de portefeuille.
- Testen en controleren van de actuariële berekeningen bij migratie naar andere beheersplatformen.
- Het opstellen en verfijnen van het Business Plan van de portefeuille.
- Het participeren in strategische projecten (IFRS17, Ontwikkeling producten, ).
- Deelnemen in de continue verbetering van actuariële productontwikkeling.
- Optimaliseren van jouw verantwoordelijkheidsdomein.
- Uitbreiden, analyseren en valideren van de Prophet-modellen.
- Opvolgen en implementeren van de aanbevelingen, geformuleerd door de Actuariële functie, Audit of de Revisoren.
- De actuariële diensten naar klanten toe waarmaken (simulaties, winstdeelnames, ondersteuning voor prolongaties en moeilijkere dossiers).
Je werkt nauw samen met de medewerkers binnen het eigen team Actuariaat en andere afdelingen (Customer Services, Domein Invest, Domein Pension&Care, SPPM, Actuarial Function, Risk Management, Financial Actuaries,).
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met de volgende eigenschappen en skills:
- Je bent master in de actuariële wetenschappen, of je hebt een gelijkaardige bagage op basis van ervaring.
- Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Je kan de resultaten van de actuariële analyses in krachtige samenvattingen brengen voor het management.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en binnen deadlines tot resultaten komen.
- Je bent zeer analytisch en vaardig met cijfers.
- Je bent nauwgezet, pragmatisch en efficiënt.
- Samenwerken vormt voor jou geen probleem.
- Tot slot ben je goed tweetalig Nederlands/Frans.
Je scoort extra met:
- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans).
- Enkele jaren ervaring in Productmanagement of Pricing van tweede pijler voor zelfstandigen.
