**Activations Officer**

L’Activations Officer assure le suivi et la gestion des **activations transversales (Market & Hyper)** en respectant la stratégie marketing et en assurant que ces activations correspondent aux **KPI's **définis en amont.

Le but final étant de **développer le chiffre d'affaire** des différentes Business Unit’s.

Le Marketing Local et ses activations ont pour but de répondre au mieux aux attentes du client faisant partie de la zone de chalandise du magasin en question selon les spécificités de chaque région au travers du pays.

**STRATÉGIE**
- Met en place la stratégie des activations en lien avec la stratégie Carrefour
- Participe à la transition digitale de l’entreprise au sein de ses actions quotidiennes

**OPÉRATIONNEL**
- Réalise et coordonne les plannings des actions transversales, animations et marketing hyper local sur base du plan d’activation national avec le support d’un stagiaire
- Est garant du respect du budget et assurer le ROI des campagnes mises en place
- Assure la gestion complète des activations transversales
- analyses les opportunités au niveau local sur l’ensemble du pays
- lancement des activations
- élaboration des dossiers d’animations en collaboration avec le Directeur de Magasin
- analyse du chiffre d’affaire généré par la campagne
- proposition des activations novatrices afin de se démarquer de la concurrence et dégager davantage de chiffre d’affaire en suivant les tendances marchés et les activations des concurrents

**COLLABORATION**
- Coopère étroitement avec les différents acteurs:

- Plan de vente et marchandise
- Magasins
- Agences
- Département marketing
- Juridique
- Développe son expertise, professionnalisme et l'orientation client
- Aide à l’optimisation des opérations internes
- Soutient à la communication interne
- Est ambassadeur actif de Carrefour et inciter son l'équipe à l’être
- Est capable de déterminer les KPI et d’analyser les activations précédentes et modifier/ adapter pour le futur

- Ecoute les clients, les placer au cœur de l’action et leur fournir des solutions adaptées à leurs attentes, répond à leurs besoins actuels et anticiper leurs besoins futurs

- Fait de l'excellence de qualité de service et de la satisfaction client une priorité constante

**Etudes & expériences**:

- Bachelor ou Master de préférence en Marketing, Event ou en Communication
- Première expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans une fonction similaire
- Bilinguisme NL/FR
- Dispose d’une solide intelligence créative et maîtrise la gestion de projet
