Dans le cadre de son **développement**, Youl est à la recherche d’un Team Leader en porte à porte.

Le Team Leader occupe un **rôle essentiel** dans l’encadrement, l’accompagnement et le management des équipes de ventes en **porte à porte.**

Il travaille en accord avec les **valeurs** de l’entreprise et connait parfaitement les produits/services ainsi que les process. Il est lui-même un **commercial aguerri** pour continuer à développer ses propres ventes sur les produits d’Engie et Proximus Fiber.

Véritable leader dans l’âme, il aime **le terrain**, il sait travailler dans un état d’**esprit orienté « solution »** et tourné vers l’accompagnement de l’autre.

- Commercial dans l’âme et contact facile

- Goût pour les challenges commerciaux
- Aimant la réalisation d’objectifs tant individuels que d’équipe
- Capacités managériales
- Sens de la performance, de l’écoute et de l’observation
- Facilité d’adaptation
- Une première expérience sur le terrain est indispensable
- Une expérience dans la gestion d’une équipe est un véritable atout
- Permis B
