As a **High Voltage (HV) Technical Lead** you’ll oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of HV electrical systems on major construction projects. Working with diverse, high-performing teams, you’ll help deliver complex infrastructure safely, on time, and to the highest technical standards. We’ll support your growth and empower you to take ownership of your career.
**In this role, you will**:
- Lead /manage the entire lifecycle of the HV project, from design/ planning/ construction/ technical compliance, through to commissioning and handover.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Have a strong analytical and problem-solving ability and approach.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations for complex HV systems.
- Leading technical teams, coordinating with stakeholders, Designers, utility companies, and contractors.
- Manage the design process and review/approvals process.
- Manage adherence to the regional HV regulatory bodies.
- Manage project risks and ensure compliance with local safety and quality standards.
- A strong understanding of (HSE) health/safety/environment principles within the context of HV operations and projects.
**We would love to hear from you if you**:
- Have strong experience delivering HV electrical systems on large or complex construction projects
- Bring an engineering or construction background, ideally with HV or energy infrastructure experience
- Understand utility protocols, commissioning practices, and safety standards for HV systems
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality
