- U hebt bij voorkeur een financieel-economische opleiding genoten
- Een eerste ervaring in Credit Management is een mooie plus
- U hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring met sales
- U bent goed drietaling NL-FR-ENG
- U voelt zich geroepen om bedrijven/klanten te contacteren, te bezoeken en te overtuigen van het belang van credit management
- U kickt op het behalen van targets en resultaten
- U bent van nature positief ingesteld en u geeft niet snel op
- U beschikt over excellente communicatieve en interpersoonlijke skills
- U bent proactief en denkt mee met de directie
- U bent een echte teamplayer

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
- U bent verantwoordelijk voor prospectie, bezoek en opvolging van bestaande en nieuwe klanten in het kader van onze diensten in Credit Management.
- Als specialist analyseert u de noden van de klant en stelt hem adequate oplossingen voor.
- U begeleidt onze consultants bij uw klanten, dit zowel op technisch als op operationeel vlak.
- U werkt nauw samen met de hoofdzetel en rapporteert onmiddellijk aan het management.
- U denkt mee met de organisatie en draagt samen met de directie de AAA bedrijfscultuur uit.
- U rapporteert wekelijks over uw activiteiten.
- U werkt nauw samen met ons Recruitment en Happiness team om de juiste kandidaten op de juiste plaats te krijgen
- U combineert commercieel inzicht met aandacht voor de professionele ontwikkeling van onze consultants
