Europtimum Conseil is a public affairs consultancy founded in 2009. We specialise in European Affairs and working with the EU Institutions and main stakeholders. We are looking to hire an Account Executive passionate about Technology and Digital policy.

The future Account Executive will work under the supervision of an Account Manager and report directly to him/her. He/She is expected to carry out the following tasks:

- policy and media monitoring and analysis,
- attending to meetings and events organized by EU institutions,
- drafting policy notes and analyses,
- organizing meetings for the clients,
- participating in the development of strategic client advice.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (Economics, Law, Political Science, International Relations, European Studies);
- At least 2 years’ experience of working on public affairs, political communications and /or tech policy issues within government, think tanks, public interest groups, private sector, or relevant industry associations.
- Experience with working with EU institutions and excellent understanding of the EU decision-making process.
- Ability to speak and write in English and French fluently.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Package (most notably: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the Internet industry, technologies and the policy environments that surround them.
- Knowledge of ongoing files European digital files such as the DSA, DMA, AI Act, Data Act and Platform Work Directive.
- Excellent political, analytical and communication skills and ability to advocate on behalf of your clients.
- Excellent network within EU institutions and Brussels-based stakeholder groups.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
