Poppy Mobility is a Belgian-based provider of shared mobility, currently operating a fleet of 2000 eco-friendly cars and 2000 kick scooters in Antwerp, Brussels, Mechelen, Ghent, Liège, Louvain. Poppy is a startup part of the Lab Box startup ecosystem, founded and owned by D’Ieteren Automotive. Poppy was launched in the heart of Antwerp beginning 2018.
**Technical Fleet specialist job description**
Poppy is looking for a Technical Fleet specialist to join us on the rapidly evolving adventure that is Poppy (10 to 40 employees in 2 years). You will be our new Technical Super Mario. You will work closely together with the Technical Fleet manager in Poppy’s kick-ass Brussels operations team.

**Technical Fleet specialist responsibilities**
The world of shared mobility is changing every day and so are our challenges, our priorities, and our team.
- As a Technical Fleet specialist, you are responsible for repairing and maintaining the Poppy Kick Scooter fleet. This includes solving mechanical and technical issues.
- You will check the kick scooters for damages and cleanliness and ensure that it is fully functional as if you were a user yourself.
- You are a real handyman and tools are your best friends
- You are open to work from Monday-Friday
- You are the problem solver in different situations
- You have already a valid driving license B
- Willing to work at the Brussels warehouse

**Fleet Specialist requirements**:
- Fluent in English. (Dutch and/or French are a plus)
- You have a passion for the automotive sector
- Background in automotive technology and/or mechanics is a plus
- A hands-on, get things done, problem-solving mindset
- You take initiative, you are proactive
