We are looking for a **Capex Project Administrator - Merchant Europe**based in **Cornellá** (**Barcelona) or Diegem** (**Brussels**).

The **Capex Project Administrator - Merchant Europe**plays a key administrative role in coordinating assets within the Merchant business in Europe. Under the direct supervision of Merchant Asset Lead, the role focuses on planning, documentation, and lifecycle tracking of equipment using SAP tools.

The position maintains exclusive communication with the Customer Engineering team, facilitating alignment of operational needs without engaging in technical aspects or participating in audits.

**As a Capex Project Administrator you will**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support in coordinating internal Merchant asset requests from the Customer Engineering team.
- Maintain and update master data and asset inventories in SAP.
- Assist in the planning, monitoring, and documentation of asset-related projects.
- Support asset capitalization processes using SAP tools.
- Coordinate regional equipment deliveries and asset transfers.
- Assist in the financial allocation of assets across relevant cost centers.

**Project and Asset Lifecycle**:

- Provide administrative support throughout the full lifecycle of projects, including creation, tracking, and closure phases.
- Assist in the coordination of asset reuse and the relocation of inactive equipment.

**Role requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll at least need

**Languages**:Fluent in English and any additional languages are a plus.

**Experience**:

- Ideally 5 years of experience in administrative or operational roles.
- Experience supporting financial allocation across cost centers.

**Technical Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in SAP (inventory management, purchasing, and asset documentation and analytics).
- Familiarity with administrative tools and systems.

**Analytical Skills**
