Functieomschrijving

Sales
- Be the main driver of the sales process
- Also be the main owner of the proposal preparation process, with support from other disciplines
- Identify customer needs, create pitches targeted to the most adapted markets
- Create and develop the projects pipeline leadership in Europe.
- Provide leadership and vision to manage the company in the best interests of all its shareholders
- Provide leadership in setting the Mission, Vision, Principles Values, and the company's Annual Operating Plan, in conjunction with the Board of Directors.
- Lead the company's business growth in a profitable and sustainable manner through resourceful people, capitalizing on superior assets and innovation as well as operating in a socially responsible manner
- Align Team / Trust / Action values within different entities.
- Enhance and develop the corporate culture yet implemented

- Act as a key player in the national & European policies guidelines

- Generate new ideas. Challenge existing assumptions. Go beyond the status quo. Recognize the need for new or modified approaches. Bring various perspectives and approaches together, combining them in a creative fashion to implement effective improvements.

Industry & Market Awareness
- Seek to anticipate and respond to industry and market changes/challenges by understanding key characteristics, issues and the factors driving them.
- Be aware of competitor's products, services and position.

Profiel
- Master Degree (preferably engineering or business economics)
- 10+ commercial experience in Energy / Gas linked to selling projects or large equipment (capex)
- Proven work experience in company Management (preferably in SME)
- Hands-On mindset
- Analytical thinker with excellent interpersonal skills
- Bilingual: French, English
- Critical business acumen including strategic planning and business development.
- Proven success leading and scaling early-stage ($20M - $50M) businesses would be a plus.
- Passionate about new technology and green energy
