The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Sales Representative (M/F/x) Hospital, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. We are looking for you either in East and West Flanders or in the region Liège, Namur and Luxembourg (BE). Here, you will make an impact by:

- _ Playing an important role in accelerating our Medical Solutions Hospital sales for the complete portfolio_
- _ Building a network with existing and new customers_
- _ Having the opportunity to translate customer needs into proposals that will bring value for your customers and for 3M_
- _ Closely collaborating with your colleagues_
- _ Using your skills and experiences to effectively manage your region_

Your Skills and Expertise
- _ Commercial experience in the Hospital segment_
- _ High level of communication and presentation skills_
- _ Good Dutch skills_
- _ Good French skills fo_r _the region Liège, Namur and Luxembourg (BE)_
- _ Goal orientated_
- _ You enjoy working together with colleagues from different functions, cultures, and countries_
- _ MS office knowledge and database management_

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
- _ Bachelor in a medical (nursing) or para-medical study_
- _ Eager to learn new things_
