** Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als **Sales Support** ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klantenportefeuille. Je werkt nauw samen met de Key Accountmanagers en hebt dagelijks contact met jouw klanten i.v.m. hun bestellingen. Je verwerkt de orders met SAP en volgt de leveringen op tot ze aankomen op hun bestemming. Tijdens dit proces controleer je of alles in orde is en ga je oplossingsgericht te werk bij problemen. Je staat in contact met de collega’s van finance om orders vrij te maken en behandelt de dossiers bij returns.

**Jouw profiel**
Voor deze job als **Sales Support** is Hays op zoek naar een kandidaat die vlot communiceert in het **Nederlands, Frans en Engels**. Je beschikt over een** bachelor
- of masterdiploma **en kan bij voorkeur ook een **eerste werkervaring** voorleggen als **sales support, customer service representative of internal sales**. **Gemotiveerde schoolverlaters** komen ook in aanmerking Je hebt een sterke interesse in** technologische producten** en bent **commercieel** ingesteld. Daarnaast werk je ook **nauwkeurig en accuraat**. Je bent** leergierig** en kan gemakkelijk nieuwe dingen aanleren waardoor je snel ingewerkt geraakt in deze boeiende job. **Kennis van SAP** is een pluspunt, maar kan ook aangeleerd worden.
