- You’ve read it before: we listen to our customers and build lasting relationships with them. On the other hand, we aim to further expand our activities. As a **Pre-Sales Consultant**, you steer all technical pre-sales activities. You act as the technical and strategic link between the commercial team, the customer, and the operations organization, while supporting colleagues in business development, engineering, and service delivery.
- You blend technical expertise, customer-focused thinking, and commercial instinct to design the right solutions. This ensures that the proposed data center solutions meet customer needs, stay operationally robust and future-proof, and support the expected sales results.-
- **What specifically do you do as a Pre-Sales Consultant at LCL?**:
You engage with customers, sharpen their technical needs, and translate them into clear requirements.
- You design solutions together with Operations, ensuring they are technically sound and deliver real business value.
- With strong proposals and technical documentation, you support business developers throughout the sales cycle.
- Customer meetings and presentations on-site, online, or at the office, are your stage to deliver a crisp, convincing technical story.
- You drive the entire bid process: RFIs, RFPs, and proposals that you deliver with precision and substance.
- You stay on top of market trends and turn them into actionable insights for Sales & Marketing to accelerate innovation and product improvements.**Is this something for you?**:
You hold a master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, ideally backed by presales experience.
- You work analytically and proactively, solve problems with sharp judgment, and spot priorities fast.
- You take a customer-focused approach and deliver your message with ease and confidence in any presentation.
- You communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and collaborate smoothly with diverse stakeholders.
- You thrive in teamwork, stay eager to learn, and track technological developments closely.
- You keep your planning tight, stay flexible when needed, and speak fluent Dutch and English (French is a plus).
