**Wat ga je doen?**:
For our client, who operates in the petrochemical sector, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative for direct shipment.

You can expect the following challenging role as a Customer Service Representative Direct Shipment:
You will ensure full coordination and follow-up of all aspects related to the customer's entire order handling process.

You will maintain ongoing relationships with selected (key) customers and sales personnel in order to provide a full service to the customer on orders placed. Assigned customers will depend on geographical area and product line as agreed with the Customer Service Team Lead.

As a Customer Support Representative you will:

- Assist in the co-ordination and follow-up of all CPChem departments including order entry, product availability, delivery, invoicing and documentation handling.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of sales orders/quotations in SAP
- Accurately and efficiently complete necessary export documentation for customs/international purposes.
- Responsible for handling returns & complaints and liaising with key stakeholders such as customers, sales managers, materials management coordinators, logistics coordinators, finance department, CSR's.
- Keep the customer informed of the order status (SAP, Power BI)
- Support and provide relevant data and reports to Sales and Marketing e.g. order status, delivery status, critical issues etc.
- Attend weekly stakeholder meetings

**Wie ben jij?**:

- As a Customer Service Representative Direct Shipping, you will fit the following profile:

- Preferably first work experience (1-3 years) in an international environment
- Meticulous, accurate in the processing of documents/data
- Knowledge of Incoterms and payment terms (letter of credit) is an advantage
- Ability and interest in providing administrative support/customer service
- Good communication skills and able to successfully manage multiple priorities
- Problem solving team player with a hands-on mentality and pro-active attitude

**Opleiding**: Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience

**Vakkennis**: Computer literate: SAP, MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams, PowerBI

**Talenkennis**: Good language skills: knowledge of English - French (not a must) would be ideal due to client base
