You’ve read it before: we **listen to our customers** and build lasting relationships with them. To keep the **promises we have made to them**, highly motivated colleagues from different teams work closely with each other and with our suppliers. As service delivery manager, you play a **key role** in that collaboration.

**What specifically do you do as a service delivery manager at LCL?**:
**Customer intimacy** is a core element of our strategy. You implement that strategy in our operation: you make it visible and concrete.
- By providing **excellent service**, you build trusting relationships with our customers. You engage with them about their specific needs, communicate clearly with them at every stage and monitor prompt, high-quality delivery.
- You sit down with a number of major customers on a quarterly basis.

Every customer - and every project - is different. In the **pre-sales**phase, you translate the customer’s unique need into an operational pre-analysis. You also examine feasibility. The result**:a well though-out quotation and schedule**.

In the **post-sales**phase, you coordinate the execution of the project from A to Z:

- You are in constant contact with the field technicians on your team. Also with suppliers and, of course, with the customer.
- You ensure that all customer interventions and installations are billed correctly. For this, you can count on your colleagues from the invoicing team.
- Together with your colleagues from the operations team, you optimise our internal processes.

As a people manager, you will be responsible for a team of 6 technicians. You support your team and ensure good cooperation within the team.

**Is this something for you?**:

- You should have a bachelor’s degree and/or several years of relevant experience. **Technology fascinates you** and you would like to develop your knowledge of data centers.
- You enjoy making new contacts, both among colleagues and with customers and suppliers. **Dealing with people gives you energy.**:

- You communicate well in **Dutch**, **French **and **English,** both spoken and in writing. You listen actively and can effortlessly adapt your communication style to the person you are talking to.

- Organisational and administrative tasks are in good hands with you. You maintain an overview, work accurately and are **proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.**:
