**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Voor onze klant in Zaventem is Hays op zoek naar een **Customer Service medewerker** die zo snel mogelijk kan opstarten.
Als **Customer Service medewerker** zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het beantwoorden en oplossen van binnenkomende vragen of problemen van bestuurders. Je zal daarbij actief luisteren, vragen analyseren en zo snel mogelijk oplossingen aanbieden. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de vervang
- en aanloopwagens van de bestuurders. Hierbij zal je de gegevens moeten controleren, opvragen en invoeren in het systeem. Ten slotte, sta je in contact met andere interne afdelingen.
**Jouw profiel**
Voor deze job als **Customer Service medewerker** zoeken we iemand die perfect communiceert in het **Nederlands**. Bovendien heb je een **vlotte kennis** van het **Frans** en het **Engels**. Daarnaast heb je bij voorkeur een **relevante commerciële ervaring** achter de rug met telefonische klantencontacten. **De arbeidsvoorwaarden**

Hierdoor kan je vrijdag vroeger stoppen met je dag. **Thuiswerk** is mogelijk vanaf het vast contract.
