Algemene functieomschrijving
- De automotive data officer is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van het automotive databestand (wagengegevens) en zorgt dus voor volledige, correcte en up-to-date wagengegevens.
- Hij/zij beheert de door invoerders aangeboden fleet
- en volumekortingen in het Discount & Convention System (DCS)
- Hij/zij informeert en adviseert de commerciële medewerkers m.b.t. wagengegevens in een ruime context (wagen, model, opties, packs, accessoires, kortingen,) zodat zij correcte offertes kunnen maken.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Beheer van het automotive databestand:

- opvolgen en invoeren van data die aangeleverd worden
- beschikbaar stellen van de data voor de opmaak van offertes
- kwaliteit opvolgen van binnengekomen data via testings
- de data-fiches parametriseren met RM (repair & maintenance) en RW (restwaarde) gegevens i.s.m. de risk afdeling
- opvragen van de meest recente productinfo bij invoerders en dealers
- creëren van nieuwe data-fiches in geval van nieuwe wagens i.s.m. de risk afdeling
- datacontrole van merken op basis van bepaalde parameters
- Beheer van DCS (Discount & Convention System)
- Proactief opvragen van fleetkortingen en conventielijsten (volumekortingen) bij invoerders
- Snel en efficiënt aanmaken van conventies in DCS op vraag van commerciële medewerkers
- Invoeren van acties (kortingen, promoties,)
- Nauwe contacten onderhouden met de fleet managers van de verschillende invoerders teneinde de fleetkortingstructuur te optimaliseren
- Informeren en adviseren van de commerciële medewerkers:

- informatie ter beschikking stellen van de commerciële medewerkers via bestaande communicatiekanalen
- antwoorden op vragen van de commerciële medewerkers i.v.m. wagen, model, opties, accessoires, fiscaliteit, enz. per mail en telefoon

Profiel
- Passie voor en diepgaande, doorgedreven kennis van auto’s/lcv’s, merken, modellen, opties, packs, accessoires,
- Ervaring in de automotive sector met multimerk kennis is een absolute plus
- Sterk in het beheer van technische data
- Snelle en zeer nauwkeurige werkwijze
- Vlotte kennis van Excel
- Goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans (gesproken en geschreven)
- Stressbestendig en in staat gefocust tewerk te gaan
