In this role, you will be part of a small but motivated and dynamic team of Customer Care in Leica Geosystems Belgium. Together with your colleagues, you strive to always offer the best service and quality to our customers within the extensive package of products and services. In your work, you consider quality a high priority. You enjoy telephone and face-to-face contacts with our clients.
Moreover, you are flexible, a real problem solver and you like to communicate openly and correctly with your colleagues and customers. From daily telephone contact with customers and also direct contact with customers at the counter, you get in touch with the wishes and needs of the customer and strive to achieve the best possible solution from your service-oriented attitude.
- Logistics holds no secrets for you and you punctually follow up the logistics process from A to Z, using SAP.
- You act as back-up for 2 employees and participate in the planning of the maintenance and calibration activities carried out by the technical engineers
- You handle complaints
- You take care of contacts with suppliers
- You maintain contacts with our partners, both dealers, offices in neighbouring countries and the head office.
- Your tasks also include stock management together with our warehouse coordinator.
- Finally, you also create commercial opportunities based on your flawless monitoring of customer needs and knowledge of the customers' instrument fleet.
**The role is on-site in Leica Geosystems Belgium offices in Diegem and can be offered on 80% basis.**
**Profil**:
- You have a professional level of Dutch and French and a good command of English.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- You have experience with Office 365 and SAP R/3, in a logistics environment.
- By nature, you are customer
- and service-oriented.
- A good dose of common sense and commercial flair are among your core competencies.
- You can persuade and negotiate well.
- You take responsibility.
- You have a feel for the sensitivities and bottlenecks in a customer care environment.
- Your flexible attitude and drive to strive for the highest customer satisfaction characterize you.
- You are strong at multitasking, prioritizing and time management.
