**Your new role**
Firstly as a
**Customer Service Representative**, you are the SPOC person for the customers, internal departments and logistic contacts. Besides that, you will support with
**coordination and follow-up** of aspects related to the handling of product enquiries and orders placed by customers. Therefore, you will be focused on
**administering the order process** and this by according processes and procedures. Finally, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of quotations in
**SAP**.
**Your profile**
**Polish and English**. Knowledge of any other language (like German for example) is a plus. Furthermore, you have at least 1 year working experience as a customer service representative or internal sales in an international environment. You also have good
**communication skills** and you can
**manage multiple priorities **successfully. Besides that, you work with a hands-on mentality and you are a team player. And last, you have a Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience and you are computer literate, you can work with
**MS Office and SAP.**

**About the organization**
Our client is an
**international company from Diegem** (active in
**the chemical sector)** and is looking for reinforcement for their current
**customer service team **through Hays. You will be working in a dynamic (international) team with motivated colleagues in a growing and profitable company, full of ambitions. You’ll work
**40 hours **/ week with
**12 working hours reduction days every year. **You will be able to choose your start-hour, it’s between 7 and 10 am. Besides that, there will also be a permanence until 3:30 pm.
