**More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to**:

- Monitor asset performance:

- Monitor the performance of solar PV assets to ensure they meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify issues and areas for improvement.
- In collaboration with the Renewable Energy team, develop and implement strategies to optimize asset performance and maximize energy production and revenues.
- Coordinate maintenance and operations:

- Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance and repair activities for solar PV assets.
- Work with O&M (Operations and Maintenance) providers to ensure timely and effective maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with DNOs or metering companies whenever necessary.
- Monitor Financial Management:

- Provide data for the preparation of budgets for solar PV assets.
- Monitor economic performance over the installation lifetime.
- Ensure Contract and Regulatory Compliance:

- Manage and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, including power purchase agreements (PPAs), leases, and service contracts.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory and policy changes affecting solar PV assets.
- Report and document:

- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for all solar PV assets.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

- You have a proven track record of managing solar PV assets or similar energy assets.
- You have strong analytical skills.
- You have expertise in solar PV systems design and their operation.
- You are knowledgeable about solar PV economics.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a good knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- You are proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
