**Your Tasks as Business Controller**
- Steering **financial analyses** and ensuring accurate **management of local P&Ls (BE+NL)**.
- Building, monitoring, and refining **budgets, forecasts**, and **strategic business plans**.
- Evaluating **investment opportunities** and supporting profitability decisions.
- Tracking and **interpreting performance gaps** between budgeted and actual results.
- Contributing to **business reviews** and providing insights that **guide key decisions**.
- Acting as a **financial advisor and sparring partner** to sales, marketing, and key account teams.
**Your Profile as Business Controller**
- **Master**in Finance
- Ideally **5-7 years of experience** in Controlling/Audit including **2-3 years in Big 4**:
- Fluent in **Dutch and English**. French is an advantage
- Great knowledge of **SAP**and **Power BI** is a strong asset
