Pour ce poste de** Business and Project Assistant**, vos tâches seront les suivantes:

- Vous gérez les agendas, les réunions et prises de notes auprès du Business Unit Manager ainsi que du Management Team ;
- Vous organisez des activités d’entreprise en externe et en interne et assurez la communication interne auprès de la Business Unit ;
- Vous êtes la personne support dans l’administration en général et les reportings sur les projets et leurs états d'avancement ;
- Vous êtes la personne en charge de la gestion du personnel ;
- Vous organisez le suivi auprès de vos responsables, offres, des projets et des tâches administratives ;

**Profil**

Votre profil de **Business and Project Assistant** correspond aux points suivants:

- Vous êtes en possession d'un bachelier en secrétariat de direction ;
- Vous avez une très bonne maitrise de l'anglais (B2), le néerlandais est un atout ;
- Vous avez une expérience dans une fonction similaire ;
- Vous maitrisez la suite Office ;
- Vous êtes une personne qui fait preuve des qualités suivantes : organisée, grande adaptabilité, discrétion, respect de la confidentialité et douée pour la gestion des priorités et de la planification.
