Our service teams work on behalf of major industrial groups (petrochemicals, chemicals, food, beverage, pharmaceuticals, etc.), for different types of services: - Engineering studies to identify and implement energy and CO2 saving solutions based on Pinch methodology (Circular ThermalSM methodology) - Making thermal distribution systems and networks more reliable - Solution implementation with performance guarantee In order to continue our expansion and meet the growing demand of our customers to decarbonize their factories, our company is looking for a **Senior Project Leader** **Job description** **CHALLENGES OF THE POSITION** The main challenges of the position are as follows: 1. Develop and implement Best Practices and standards for Project Management within the EMEA team 2. Lead and supervise a team of technicians (2) for Belgium 3. Deliver projects on schedule and within budget for Belgium territory first and provide support for others projects in Europe. **Your MISSION** In the context of EMEA overall Project Management activities: - Provide guidance, direction and advice to project managers with respect to actions or decisions related to changes in project scopes, schedule or costs - Ensure the completion of all necessary reviews and lesson learnt - Ensure quality of external resources involved in projects, such as suppliers and contractors, develop key agreements if necessary - Implement project management best practices and tools where required - Provide expertise and experience in project costs evaluation during conceptual design (CAPEX> 1 M€) - Define and follow KPI for projects performance and reporting In the context of turnkey projects implementation in Belgium: - You provide support to the sales team during quotation phase - You hold consultations with subcontractors and suppliers to build costings and proposal for turnkey solutions. - You prepare the job for onsite works, you draw the bill of material and manage purchasing and delivery of equipment. - You can manage on site works and coordinate subcontractors. - You ensure the quality of the installation works according to specifications. - You attend the project commissioning and ensure works acceptance by customers. - You collect all the project documents to create the as-built files. As part of the services provided by our team of technicians at customer sites. - With the support of Admin, you follow up the planning of site interventions. - You ensure communication with the customers for preparing the jobs. - You are in charge or organizing all safety process and documentation required for technical activities, as well as PPE and tools. **YOUR PROFILE** You will be hardworking, talented, and conscientious - able to embrace the Armstrong vision of ‘Create an enjoyable experience for every customer, partner and employee.’ Professional Experience - 5 to 10 years in project management for Industry - Substantial experience in large CAPEX projects engineering, management and execution in industrial sectors Soft Skills - Team Management - Change management - Communication - Office Suite, AutoCAD, MS Project Technical skills - Project management certification or similar for methods and tools development - Knowledge in Thermal Utilities systems for Industries Background - Engineering degree (+4 years) Language - French and English (B2/C1), Dutch (B1) **We offer** Contribute to the Decarbonization of Industrial Heat by working with Key Accounts having hundreds of production sites globally.
