Tâches

**Main activities & scope**:

- Set up and Run the SAP Center of Expertise: The SAP Applications Manager organizes the SAP maintenance and support activities in line with IT Service management best practices and DevOps principles. He/She leads and manages a team of SAP professionals, and provides guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
- Manage SAP-related improvement projects: The SAP Applications Manager manages the SAP-related improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. He/She also defines the maintenance strategy for updates and upgrades and ensures business adoption of the SAP solutions.
- Orchestrate, operate, and run the SAP system landscape: The SAP Applications Manager orchestrates, operates, and runs the SAP system landscape, and collaborates with the infrastructure team and vendors to run the technical infrastructure.

Besoins

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Distinctive blend of business, IT and communication skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs.
- SAP certification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Seven or more years of progressively responsible IT experience.
- Five years of successfully managing complex SAP implementations.
- Experience in leading diverse teams.
- Fluent in English and French
