Tâches Main activities & scope :• Manage SAP Applications: The SAP Applications Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organization's SAP applications, such as SAP S/4HANA, GTS, GRC etc.• Set up and Run the SAP Center of Expertise: The SAP Applications Manager organizes the SAP maintenance and support activities in line with IT Service management best practices and DevOps principles. He/She leads and manages a team of SAP professionals, and provides guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.• Manage SAP-related improvement projects: The SAP Applications Manager manages the SAP-related improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. He/She also defines the maintenance strategy for updates and upgrades and ensures business adoption of the SAP solutions.• Manage SAP contracts and vendors: The SAP Applications Manager manages the SAP application, maintenance, and support contracts, and liaises with SAP vendors for technical support and system upgrades. The SAP Applications Manager also manages SAP contracts.• Orchestrate, operate, and run the SAP system landscape: The SAP Applications Manager orchestrates, operates, and runs the SAP system landscape, and collaborates with the infrastructure team and vendors to run the technical infrastructure. Besoins Knowledge and Skills :• Distinctive blend of business, IT and communication skills. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs.• SAP certification• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.Experience :• Seven or more years of progressively responsible IT experience. • Five years of successfully managing complex SAP implementations.• Experience in leading diverse teams.• Fluent in English and French
