**Who are we looking for?**

We’re looking for an independent and ambitious **Administrative and HR Officer**

Administrative and HR Officer brings vital foundation to the organization with a variety of support tasks enabling business to focus on their core function. This role is responsible to drive and coordinate administrative processes, mainly in facilities, office and HR domains. Being an integral part of Operations team, this role ensures that day-to-day operations is running smoothly and delivers great employee and team experience.

Below some key responsibilities and key activities, however not limited to:

- ** Facility management**
- Ensure enjoyable, productive and safe office experience for team members and visitors
- Guarantee office operations running smooth
- Manage company fleet
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Manage office cleaning crew and contract
- **
Reception and event management**
- Ensure great visitor experience in HQ premises
- Support planning and logistics around group and individual meetings in the office and externally on as needed basis
- Answer and route incoming calls on HQ central landline, take messages
- Contribute to organisation of on-site and off-site company events
- **Travel management**
- Negotiate conditions with travel partners
- Organise and coordinate staff travel for external and internal events
- **Correspondence management**
- Incoming and outcoming mail handling
- Be the focal point of contact in HR mailbox
- **HR administration**
- Assist in smooth onboarding and off-boarding of team members
- Coordinate employee benefits and engagement administration
- Provide support in HR document flow, systems updates and data handling
- ** Ad-hoc support to team members and visitors within own area of responsibility**
- At least 3 years of experience as office coordinator, HR administrator, personal assistant or alike administrative roles
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation principles, including GDPR
- Fluent English is a must
- In possession of a drivers license
- Experience in international environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
