**Job Description**:
They will work closely with development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to design and execute test plans, manage test cases, and report on testing progress.
- Identify and report defects and work with development teams to resolve issues
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that APIs meet functional, performance, and security requirements
- Manage and prioritize testing tasks and resources to meet project timelines
- Develop and maintain testing documentation and reports
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures
- Mentor and train testing team members

**Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of experience in API testing
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of API testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience with API testing tools such as ReadyAPI
- Experience with REST, and other API protocols
- Experience with programming languages such as Java or Python is a bonus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
