**Wat zal je job inhouden?**:
Wil jij een essentiële rol spelen bij het verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen? Als Project Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van bestaande processen en het implementeren van nieuwe van begin tot eind. Je focusgebieden zijn onder andere operations, commercie en digitale ontwikkelingen. Deze functie vraagt ook om netwerken, zowel intern als extern, om bedrijfsprocessen te optimaliseren.

Als onderdeel van ons Belgische projectteam rapporteer je aan de Business Support Manager. Reizen en ontmoetingen met klanten en stakeholders in Continentaal Europa en Scandinavië behoren tot je takenpakket.

**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:

- ** Klantgerichtheid**: Beheer tijdig en professioneel interne en externe klantaanvragen om klanttevredenheid en loyaliteit te waarborgen.
- ** Communicatie**: Onderhoud gestructureerd en diplomatiek contact met klanten, afdelingen zoals Terminal Operations, Gate, Customer Service en Sales.
- ** Standaardisatie**: Ontwikkel en implementeer technische standaarden gebaseerd op consensus van verschillende partijen.
- ** Algemeen**: Stel verbeteringen voor en voer deze door om de efficiëntie en kosten-effectiviteit van de afdeling te verzekeren. Initieer en implementeer veranderingen waar nodig.

**Wat zoeken we?**:

- Affiniteit met IT is essentieel (PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Power Apps, Tableau).
- Bachelor/Master diploma of gelijkwaardig in een gerelateerde discipline.
- Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels. Extra talen zijn een pluspunt.
- Uitstekende vaardigheden in Office softwarepakketten.
- Sterke sociale vaardigheden voor effectieve communicatie met interne stakeholders.
- Flexibel qua werkuren (ochtend/avond/nacht) afhankelijk van het project.
- Zelfstarter, resultaatgericht en in staat zelfstandig te werken.
- Gedreven en gemotiveerd om bij te dragen aan de groei van het bedrijf.
