**Essential Skills**:
- Minimum 5+ Years of relevant experience for Competent Dreyfus level.
- Minimum 8+ Years of relevant experience for Proficient Dreyfus level.
- Strong knowledge of Java8 or higher, Springboot, Microservices, Web Services/REST/SOAP, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
- Git concepts, Eclipse/IntelliJ IDE, Maven, Jenkins, Docker concept.
- E2E focus not just development but also maintenance after go live.
- Good Agile experience and Analytical skills.
- Customer facing experience is a must.
- Good written and spoken knowledge of English.
**Good to have**:
- Banking domain knowledge.
- Knowledge of Ansible, Kibana, Kafka Knowledge.
- Willingness to work in BTT Framework.
- Familiar with Linux based development environment.
- Strong ability to work in an autonomous way.
