**Within the Business Unit BeNeLux you manage, together with the Sales people, potential projects for our national and international customers in the area of B2B integration (flow dematerialization, Electronic Data Interchange ).**
**The Presales has the following missions**:
- Answering RFIs and RFQs together with Sales.
- Analysing the prospect's user needs in order to propose the most suitable solutions
- Preparing and drafting a representative demo.
- Giving the elaborated demo in a commercial setting.
- Contribute to good communication between customer and technical consultants to ensure smooth and correct configuration.
- Inform and enrich the shared knowledge base.
- Maintaining up-to-date and relevant knowledge in his/her field of expertise
**Profile**
You have a higher education degree and at least 3 years of successful experience with a software publisher, integrator.
Autonomy, adaptability, a sense of customer service and good writing skills are qualities expected of you to succeed in this role.
Knowledge of languages: Dutch, English
