Product Manager

As a **Product Manager specializing in Workforce Planning Products**, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap and execution of solutions that enable our customers to leverage TechWolf’s data for strategic workforce planning. You will work closely with engineering, data science, and product designers to build powerful tools that empower HR, CHROs, CEOs, and CFOs with the insights they need for mass transformation.

This role requires a deep understanding of workforce planning processes, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional value to our customers. You will be at the forefront of AI, and have a real tangible impact for the world's largest companies using TechWolf. We have already partnered with the industry's leading people analytics platforms like Visier on providing them with the highest quality data to facilitate reporting for HR.

As many enterprises are going through mass transformation the need for data you can rely on, that gives you insight to take action fast has never been greater. In TechWolf's case, customers want to use skill data to build insights to inform talent planning strategies that are an imperative to enable enterprises to be more informed.

**What you'll do**:

- Drive the product strategy and roadmap for TechWolf’s Workforce Planning Products and partnerships, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and enhance features that enable customers to derive actionable insights from TechWolf’s skill data for workforce planning.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from customers and internal stakeholders, focusing on how our products can support HR and Business leaders.
- Deeply understand our customers’ workforce planning workflows and challenges, and translate those into product requirements.
- Act as the product owner for Workforce Planning Products, making key product decisions and driving the product development process.
- Facilitate the journey of our customers from data acquisition through our AI models to building actionable insights for strategic decision-making using our API. For context, we are API first and want to plug that data into wherever it needs to be used.
- Understand and communicate the value proposition of TechWolf’s Workforce Planning Products in the context of mass enterprise transformation.

**Who you are**:

- You bring 3+ years of experience in a product role, preferably with a focus on workforce planning, HR analytics, or related fields.
- You possess a strong understanding of the HR Business Partner persona.
- You possess a strong understanding of workforce planning processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- You have experience with AI-powered features and data analytics (a plus).
- You have experience directly in HR (a plus)
- You possess excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
- You're passionate about TechWolf's mission and purpose in enabling workforce transformation.
- You're fluent in English.
- You're based in Belgium and excited to work together with the TechWolf team in our Ghent office at least three days per week.
- You're willing to travel occasionally to our London office.
