Rien n'est plus important pour le succès de Wolford que les personnes qui veulent y contribuer. Pour renforcer l'équipe de notre Wolford Boutique à Bruxelles, Avenue Louise 40, nous recherchons une personne dévouée, très motivée et soucieuse de la mode.

**Sales Consultant**

Au sein de notre équipe, vous accompagnerez nos clients dans leur découverte de la marque Wolford. De manière charismatique et avec un enthousiasme naturel pour les articles de luxe, vous conseillez personnellement nos clients et vous leur offrez une expérience d'achat unique.

**VOS TACHES ET RESPONSABILITÉ (non exhaustives)**
- Apporter des conseils avisés à nos clients internationaux et bien les guider
- Attirez de nouveaux clients vers notre programme de fidélité et informez-vous sur les dernières promotions et campagnes en magasin
- Gestion des produits et merchandising en magasin
- Vente à distance
- Mettre le magasin en ordre et offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle
- Traitement des informations via MS Office
- Gestion de caisse

**Qui etes-vous?**
- 2 à 4 ans d'expérience pertinente en magasinage
- Sens aigu de la mode et capacité à interpréter les tendances
- Comprendre les KPI du commerce de détail
- Solides compétences en vente
- Vous êtes disposé à travailler de manière flexible
- Vous êtes fiable même dans des situations stressantes
- Vous avez une attitude proactive et indépendante avec un sens des responsabilités bien développé
- Français et Néerlandais toute autre langue est un atout
