Context

For realizing its ambitious objectives, Bank Degroof Petercam is looking to reinforce its Global Markets Division with a Sell Side Equity Analyst with sector focus Real Estate.

Your Position

Reporting to the co-Heads of Equity Research, you will ensure to provide qualitative, up-to-date, investment-relevant research on Real Estate sector and individual companies, in order to ensure, support and substantiate management decisions in investment solutions to existing clients and develop new client relationships.

You are accountable for:

- developing primary coverage on Benelux real estate companies
- developing financial models, analyze real estate market, have regular contact with management and provide clear analyses and recommendations to our Institutional customer base through written research reports and marketing of your reports
- maintaining a network with companies in order to collect the necessary information
- analyze and present trends of the real estate market
- effectively understanding and pitching the investment cases to your client base
- attending & co-hosting company roadshows towards institutional shareholders

Your Profile
- You have a Master’s Degree complemented with a financial education. CFA is an asset
- You have strong analytical and critical skills
- You are creative and have strong intellectual curiosity about financial markets in general
- You have solid written and oral communication skills
- You have the ability to assimilate a large amount of information and translate it into clear investment ideas
- You have solid commercial and presentation skills, and you are persuasive
- You are a real team player and are agile
- You are fluent in English and Dutch, good knowledge of French is an asset
