Luminus aims to become a data-driven company. To support this goal, the Data & Analytics (DNA) Agile Release Train improves how Luminus uses data by focusing on three main pillars: data governance, BI reporting, and AI/ML. We work to make data accessible in one place and treat data as an enterprise asset, so it is trustworthy, safe, and documented.

Within the BI reporting pillar, Luminus is looking for a Data Visualization Platform owner, who is responsible for enabling business developers and end-users to create, share, and explore data-driven insights through a high-quality, secure, and reliable BI data visualization platform.
You are the liaison with end-users, business owners using the product and other stakeholders of the product. You collaborate in a Release Train, a bigger eco-system of Agile teams.

**Your Daily Job**
- You will work with a small-sized scrum team and have a vital role in the company's data transformation.
- You will turn company goals into a clear product vision and product backlog for the Data Visualization Platform Team.
- You manage & prioritize the Product Backlog of the Data Visualization Platform team.
- You foster communication and manage expectations between the development team and stakeholders, acting as a liaison for both parties.
- You lead the team by following agile values and practices, by building a culture of cooperation, openness, and responsibility.
- You run Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- You promote relentless improvement within the team and across the organization, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.
- You collaborate in a bigger Release Train or Program structure and handle dependencies.
- You coordinate and work with the actors on Release Train or Program level, the Product Manager, PO’s, with your Agile team or any other stakeholders to ensure that the backlog and PI and Sprint planning consider the required dependencies within and between teams.

**Your profile**
- You have a university degree with at least some IT coverage or have gained equivalent knowledge through relevant work experience.
- You possess relevant experience that demonstrates your ability to speak the language of both business and technology, allowing you to connect them effectively.
- You are experienced in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
- You have worked with BI & Analytics solutions in a self-service context, with specific experience in QLIK (SaaS) being a plus.
- You stay informed about current trends in BI & Analytics and have an interest in Data Governance principles.
- Your experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master is a strong advantage.
- You are customer-oriented and results-driven, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- You can influence the organization and work effectively as a team player.
- You can create and communicate a strong product vision to all stakeholders and navigate through uncertain paths in a rapidly changing environment.
- Your negotiation and prioritization skills are strong.
- You master business English along with at least conversational Dutch or French.
