We are currently looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator.

**Job responsibilities**:
**_ General Responsibilities:_**_ _

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing integrated marketing communications programs for the Nordic region, France, Southern and Eastern Europe with a focus on key products and industries in line with business strategic growth initiatives.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily marketing activities across the Nordic region, France, Southern and Eastern Europe, ensuring strong brand presence, creativity, and consistency throughout the public customer lifecycle. This in close partnership with the marketing Supervisor. Person will also support other EMEA-I regional marketing programs as needed.
- Interface with corporate marketing department (located in Easton, PA USA) and local sales team to execute integrated marketing communications programs (advertising, public relations, trade shows, web, social media and direct mail campaigns, sales promotions, literature, special events, etc.) for the markets.
- Assist in the development of all relevant content, from concept through completion, for market-specific marketing tools and materials as assigned. Ensure timely flow of projects and that all corporate graphic standards and guidelines are met.
- Interface with and tactical management of external vendors as required: advertising agencies, PR agencies, photographers, videographers, designers, printers and other external resources in the development and implementation of specific marketing campaign tactics as outlined above.
- Participate in field visits to project site locations as needed to meet with sales, customers, etc. to learn industry requirements and how to overcome obstacles to meet needs of customers.
- Drive strong interdepartmental coordination and communication. Work with other cross-functional team members (Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Customer Care, HR, etc.) as needed to advance product and market initiatives throughout the global organization.

**Qualifications**:

- College degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations desired.
- Strong English language skills required. French desired, but not required.
- Experience in marketing, public relations or advertising required. Two to five years’ experience desired. Past work experience with global companies desired, but not required.
- Positive, problem-solving attitude and ability to understand and promote industrial technology.
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills required.
- Must have outstanding computer skills and knowledge of relevant software including MS Office, and current Internet and e-marketing technologies.
- Ability to translate technical data into easy-to-understand sales language.
- Ability to manage and direct multiple projects. Strong organizational and scheduling skills a must.
- Ability to communicate and interact with outside vendors, customers, and sales force.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to meet deadlines, budgets and objectives and work as a team with other Marketing and cross department professionals.
- Ability to work independently when required as well as work well across regions/time zones as part of global team.
