At Telenet, we collaborate with numerous companies and suppliers that help us ensure our daily services to customers and achieve our ambitious goals. We strive for strong supplier relationships that often evolve into long-term partnerships. Within the Customer Operations domain, our partnerships approach € ~100 million in annual spend, in areas such as Contact Centers and Retail. The Customer Operations Steering Tribe is looking for a **Business Relationship Manager**to help our Chief Customer Operations Officer and her direct reports to steer in the right direction in this complex and interesting environment.
In this role you will report directly to the **Tribe Lead of the Customer Operations Steering Tribe**:
- who reports to our Chief Customer Operations Officer and is also her Chief of Staff. You will join a strong team and work side by side with our Customer Operations Office, Operational Readiness team, Sales Performance Management Platforms team and Advisor Experience Steering team. Together (~45 FTE), we have a broad perspective across and impact on our entire Customer Operations domain.
**Your Role**
As a **Business Relationship Manager**, you take charge and play a crucial role in bridging the gap between internal Business Owners and Telenet’s partners. **You actively seek opportunities to enhance collaborations and drive strategic decision-making**.
- You maintain a **clear oversight**of our total supplier and partner portfolio, in terms of spend, trends, market movements, competition, dependency,
- You **critically assess where the impactful work lies**and proactively take ownership**. (e.g. orchestrating major renegotiations)
- You **provide central support**within the Customer Operations domain, offering stakeholders expert advice, insights, and assistance with key decisions.
- You play a key role in **evaluating and shaping the collaboration model**with our partners.
- You have **strong analytical skills**with a **problem-solving mindset**and can **identify the impact of change**on the business and customer experience.
- You **provide insights**and propose actionable advice, scenarios, and options for decision-making and strategic projections.
- You can take ownership by **renegotiating contracts and agreements when necessary**, ensuring optimal business conditions. A recent example includes the renegotiation of a multiple-tens-of-millions-of-euros contract in the contact center world, including the total reshaping of the partner landscape in that area.
