Functieomschrijving

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
✏️ U controleert de productgegevens die door onze leden zijn ingevoerd op ons platform My Product Manager met wat er op het fysieke productetiket is afgedrukt als onderdeel van ons auditprogramma;
✏️ het auditeren van de productfiches en de productgegevens controleren ; ✏️ de productfiches ingeven in My Data Capture

✏️ Je auditeert productgegevens die door onze leden (bv. producenten, groothandelaars, supermarktketens, enz.) werden ingevuld op ons platform My Product Manager, met wat er op het fysieke etiket van het product staat. ✏️ Je capteert productgegevens in My Product Manager om onze leden te helpen deze volledig en correct door te sturen naar de data-afnemers.

Profiel

✏️Je beschikt minimum over een Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau.

✏️ Vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans. Daarnaast kan je je ook goed uitdrukken en schrijven in het Engels.

✏️Je hebt een speciale affiniteit met IT-systemen (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, CRM,).

✏️Affiniteit met etiketinformatie van voedingsmiddelen is een plusplunt.

✏️Je bent nieuwsgierig naar onze standaarden en bent leergierig.

✏️Je kan aandachtig werken en hebt oog vor detail.

✏️Je houdt van structuur en regelmaat.

✏️Je weet als geen ander hoe je de klant te woord dient te staan en hoe je hem kan helpen.

✏️Je kan je communicatie aanpassen aan je contactpersoon en je bent nauwkeurig en proactief in het beantwoorden van de behoefte van de klant.

✏️Je bent een echte problemsolver en kan prioriteiten stellen waar nodig.

Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Notities nemen die worden gedicteerd of integraal noteren wat er gezegd wordt tijdens vergaderingen, conferenties,...
- Ingevoerde teksten presenteren en de lay-out verzorgen
- Documenten invoeren of digitaliseren (handgeschreven teksten, cheques,...)
- De juistheid van de informatie tijdens de invoer controleren
