**Become our Product Manager & create a strategic and successful approach to our business development, especially referring to the Commercial segment.**
**About Cushion Vinyl Europe**
Beauflor EU, a member of the Beaulieu International Group, produces and commercializes Vinyl rolls In Europe and Exports. It has 2 production facilities: headquarters and a big plant in Wielsbeke and a plant in Slovenia.
**Main responsibilities & key tasks**
- To define a marketing strategy for Cushion Vinyl with clear business plans for all innovations
- To research and analyze market information, work closely with the customer in order to help define our product that perfectly meets his/her requirements.
- to follow up on trends and developments in the market, visiting fairs, performing market research and analyzing the results
- To see and seize opportunities and convert them into solid and sustainable projects.
- To share this information with your colleagues and play an active role in the development of innovative and sustainable products and segment strategies.
- to generate innovative product development projects and new concepts based on these insights
- to participate in project teams that are responsible for the development of new products/systems and optimize existing products with people of R&D, Production & Sales
- to manage Pricing strategy
- to manage the new product launches in close collaborations with the Product Manager, whose focus is on product implementation.
**Competences & skills**
- at least 5 years of experience in strategic Business or Product Development
- a previous experience in an interior related business, understanding the route to market and the type of distribution is a strong plus
- a master's degree, preferably with a major in marketing management
- a feeling or even passion for interior decoration.
- You are commercially driven and always looking for the most suitable solution for the customer.
- You are an initiator who works efficiently, structured and result oriented.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills with a sociable and confident personality.
**Languages**
Excellent knowledge of Dutch, English and French
