**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct market research and analysis; determine trends, pricing, technologies, and product development requirements.
- Drive product strategy, develop product roadmaps and participate in defining go-to-market plans and activities.
- Write detailed technical feature descriptions and user stories including clear specifications and designs for new and existing product improvements and new functionality.
- Continuously collaborate with developers, along with QA, support, sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders. Work closely with customers, service providers and partners to understand and define the product needs.
- Create and manage product backlog and prioritize according to market requirements and opportunities.
- Provide development status update to a diverse audience.
- Assist in creation of whitepapers, reference architectures and other documentation, videos, instructions, blogs and articles to aid customers.
- Present product demos and launch reviews across multiple teams.
- Monitor customer adoption to new releases and utilize a variety of reporting, data analysis and visual display methodologies to monitor customer behaviour trends and provide insights to enhance the end-user's experience.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Higher education, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field.
- Extensive knowledge and work experience in the End-User Computing (EUC) market, IT infrastructure, VDI, cloud services (PaaS/DaaS/SaaS), mobility, remote access, security or relevant technical field.
- At least 2 years of program or product management experience in a software development organisation, acting as the product owner, defining product strategy, requirements and technical specifications, bringing new features and products to market.
- Interpersonal and communication skills with ability to breakdown elaborate technical details with ease to cross functional teams including developers, sales and marketing and other stakeholders.
- Work on own initiative while being a team player.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ability to prioritize.
- Presentation skills with experience in product presentations.
- Content creating skills to build blog posts, requirements, specifications, instructions, presentations, documentation, and videos.

**PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Software development background and scripting knowledge.
- Experience with using and managing various platforms including Windows, macOS, Linux, Chrome OS, Android and iOS.
