Dans le cadre de la croissance de ses activités, et afin de soutenir le Manager du département dans ses tâches, notre client est à la recherche d'un.e
**Logistic Quality Officer.**
Vous intégrerez le département « LOGISTICS », dans une compagnie à la pointe de la recherche dans l’industrie pharmaceutique.

En tant que support administratif, vous contribuez à délivrer dans les temps les acteurs du monde de la recherche et de la santé.

**Votre fonction, en relation directe avec le Logistics Manager, consistera à**:

- Collaborer étroitement avec l’Assurance Qualité dans le cadre de l’amélioration continue du système de qualité, notamment par la révision des documents et procédures ainsi que le suivi d’actions d’audits.
- Représenter le département dans les réunions avec l’Assurance Qualité.
- Participer aux réunions techniques de suivi ou de différents projets.
- Suivi des KPIs du département en collaboration avec le manager.
- Participation à l’amélioration continue du département.
- Relais Health and Safety du département.
- Admin et QA 50% - HSE 10% - Réunions 25% - Terrain 10% - Equipe 5%
- **Bachelor ou Master en logistique ou orientation scientifique.**:

- Minimum **3 ans d’expérience **dans l’industrie pharmaceutique.
- Connaissance de l’**anglais** scientifique (écrit et parlé).
- Maitrise de base de l’outil informatique (Word, Excel,).
- Connaissance de **SAP**, Trackwise, Smartsheet est un plus
- Consciencieux.euse, soigneux.eus et rigoureux.euse
- Persévérant.e, **orientation solution.**:

- Esprit d’équipe, dynamique, enthousiaste et bonne capacité à communiquer.
- Organisé.e, autonome, capable de gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle.
- Flexible.
- **Aptitudes techniques** (logistique, assurance qualité et IT).
