**Bedrijfsinformatie**:
Voor een **groeiend familiebedrijf **in de **Gentse haven**, zijn we op zoek naar een **Finance Assistant**.

**Taken**:

- **Dagelijks **staat de mailbox vol met **facturen **en aanvragen van onze partners. Je **verwerkt **deze en gaat controleren.
- Je bent de **eerste schakel **in ons **facturatieproces**.
- Bij **afwijkingen **ga je in **gesprek **met **leveranciers **om **nodige rechtzettingen **te **bekomen**. Je informeert onze partners over komende betalingen.
- Na controles **bereid **je de **betaalbestanden voor**.
- Daarnaast **verwerk **je **maandelijks Intrastat **en spring je bij in administratie waar nodig
- Tot slot **volg **je **actief** de **debiteuren **verder **op**.

**Profiel**:

- Heb je een **passie **voor **cijfertjes **en heb je **graag **de **dingen juist**?
- Ga je graag aan slag, ben je **niet bang **van een **telefoon **en kan je je goed **uitdrukken **in **Nederlands **en **Frans**?
- Heb je al **een eerste ervaring **in **boekhouding**?
- Maar vooral heb je zin om te **bouwen **aan **lange termijnrelaties **met diverse mensen in een **internationale omgeving**?
- En sta je elke dag stevig in de schoenen en je hebt er zin in ’s morgens?
