As a Credit & Collection Manager, you take full ownership of the department for MO Belgium & Luxembourg, leading credit and collection strategies, ensuring compliance and risk management, and driving digitalization and continuous improvement across processes. You manage complaint handling, deliver tangible business results, and inspire a high-performing team while developing talent for the future. You act as a change agent, turning complex challenges into opportunities, collaborating across functions, and creating lasting value for the organization and its customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Credit & Collection
- Lead the department for MO Belgium & Luxembourg and manage all credit and collection activities;
- Drive digitalization, automation, and process improvements, while translating strategy into measurable results.

Compliance & Risk
- Ensure internal controls, audits, and compliance checks are executed and continuously improved;
- Monitor risks and opportunities to balance customer needs with company exposure.

Complaint Handling
- Lead the complaint team, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of processes.

Leadership & People Development
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team, supporting talent growth and succession planning;
- Collaborate with sales to resolve customer credit and payment issues effectively.

Entrepreneurship
- Act as a change agent, challenging the status quo and implementing best practices;
- Drive value-added services and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Master’s degree and 5+ years in C&C or related finance roles;
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities;
- Passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams;
- Entrepreneurial mindset, embracing innovation and change;
- Fluent in English plus French or Dutch; the second language is a plus;
- Inspiring and adaptive leadership that motivates diverse teams;
- Strong customer focus with a value-adding mindset;
- Decisive and fact-driven, able to take calculated risks;

- Skilled collaborator and influencer across functions;
