**Your role rests on 3 facets**:

- Presales
- Define High-level Solution Architecture & write the proposal;
- Support the client's teams through needs collection workshops;
- Recommend solutions adapted to the functional needs and the technical environment of the client;
- Support Account Managers with preparation of customer presentations and demos. Follow-up of all documentation dedicated to customers and internal teams;
- Support large bids with the ServiceNow solutions & costing;
- Follow relevant trainings & get accreditations on ServiceNow products.
- Business development
- Support the generation of lead & identify the development opportunities for the customer;
- Coach the Account Managers in ServiceNow offerings (updates on new products, );
- Contribute to tactical sales & marketing strategy definition and execution.
- Delivery
- Lead the design of the project technical documentation (architecture file, technical specifications), the configuration or development of the solution and the testing of the solution;
- Implement the ServiceNow solution respecting the agreed SLA;
- Guide and direct the team for any corrective and preventive actions to ensure the delivery is successful.

**Your Profile**
- Strong technical skills : relevant experience (min. 10 years) on integration projects;
- Trained and certified on ServiceNow (SysAdmin, fundamentals, ITSM, other modules);
- Service and customer-oriented, great presentation skills, team spirit;
- **Fluency Dutch/English**.
