As Team Lead you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Coordinating daily activities of the CISO team
- Determine long term budget together with the CISO
- Monitoring over all aspects of the lifecycle management for CISO services
- Ensuring that the team meets the objectives
- Creating, maintaining and implementing a capability and service roadmap together with the security enterprise architect, the team leads, the security domain experts and the CISO

**Wat zoeken wij?**
**- You have a Master's degree in business management, IT, engineering or equivalent by experience
- You have at least 10 years of relevant experience as a leader of teams with 5 or more senior team members
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience with service management
- You affinity with Cybersecurity and Privacy
- You have knowledge of CMMI maturity levels
- You are a minimum ITIL v3 expert
- You are fluent in Dutch or/and French with very good English
