We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join a growing company in the technology services sector, based in the Brussels region. The company designs and provides innovative solutions to simplify daily management and access to various services for B2B and B2C clients. The internal culture promotes work-life balance, transparent communication, and participation in team events and activities.Your Responsibilities - Senior AccountantAs a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in the company's accounting and financial management:Oversee all accounting processes: accounts payable and receivable, payroll, fixed assets, VAT filings, etc.Ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements during monthly and annual closings.Collaborate with internal and external auditors and participate in the preparation of annual accounts.Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, mainly in Dutch and English, and occasionally in French.Analyze transactions and financial data to provide recommendations for improving processes and accounting accuracy.The Profile We Are Looking ForDegree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.Significant experience of at least 7 years in general accounting within an international company.Deep knowledge of Belgian accounting regulations and IFRS standards.Fluent in French, English, and Dutch.Structured analytical mindset, autonomy, rigor, and ability to work under pressure.Strong intrinsic motivation and a team-oriented attitude.What We OfferAttractive salary up to €4,500 gross depending on your experience.Comprehensive extra-legal benefits: company car with fuel card, group and hospitalization insurance, meal vouchers, net expenses (to be defined), and more.Flexible working hours and the possibility of hybrid work after your onboarding period.Opportunities for professional development and ongoing training to enhance your skills.Daily collaboration with international teams, fostering a culturally and professionally enriching experience.Stimulating work environment, supportive and dynamic team, with initiatives promoting employee well-being (events, team activities, work-life balance).
