**Expert Guidance and Mentorship**
You’ll work closely with an experienced manager who will mentor you, help you develop essential skills, and empower you to take charge of your development journey. Additionally, you’ll have a buddy, a dedicated HR contact, and a mentor from our senior leadership team to guide you throughout the program and beyond.

**Exposure to Key Sales Functions**
- You will build specific technical knowledge as a foundation for career growth into roles such as:

- Sales Engineer
- Account Manager
- Service Engineer
- Application Engineer

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electromechanics, automation, or a similar field.
- ** Experience**: Maximum of 2 years after graduation.
- Passion for customer relations and managing projects from A to Z.
- Strong interest in mobile machines.
- ** Skills**:

- Hands-on mentality, ability to work independently, and enjoy being active in the field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial insight.
- Ability to understand customer expectations and meet deadlines.
- ** Languages**: Excellent command of Dutch and/or French, with a very good knowledge of English.
- ** Willingness to travel** a few times per year (including overnight stays).
- ** Driving License**: Category B required.
