We are looking for a **Learning Operations Specialist** who is **agile, detailed-oriented and an excellent communicator **to join our **Learning Operations Team **team, based in our **headquarter** in **Brussels**, **Belgium**.
**About the role**
The Learning Operations Specialist will be responsible for the implementation of operational processes related to UCB’s learning programs and services. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service to our employees, while finding ways to optimize the way these services are delivered.

**What you’ll do**
The Learning Operations Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations of UCB’s learning programs and services, including:
- responding to requests and queries
- managing vendors and stakeholders
- ensuring tracking / measurement of learning programs
- documentation of information required for finance, reimbursement of subsidies, and cross-charging.
Other responsibilities may include:
- scheduling virtual and face to face trainings
- sending invites
- recording of live training sessions
- program communications
- technical support of virtual session
This role may also play a role in operating the coaching program, such as matching of coaches to coachees and supporting the coaching community. This role also serves as a global operations point of contact (POC), responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with learning professionals, finding synergies, promoting global solutions, and sharing best practices.

- Minimum 5 years experience in a professional business environment, preferably in a training coordination role
- Fluency in English and French, German proficiency a plus
- Process improvement experience is an asset
