**Purpose**
The L&D Manager - Central team is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of our CSSC schools and learning and development offering. Collaborating and deploying global learning and development interventions, and ensuring that plans and activities are aligned with and support the delivery of the organisation's near and long-term capability requirements.
**What to Expect**:
- Partner with Central CSSC Leadership team and P&C colleagues to understand the learning needs for the business. Create and deliver the Central CSSC L&D plan within area of responsibility.
- Working with our business leadership teams, take the lead on developing and deploying a School which focuses on driving capability development across our supply chain operations
- Define, document and maintain scope of all L&D projects within area of responsibility. Project manage, create, track and own project plans
- Conduct LNAs and performance gap analysis against performance and training opportunities, incorporating 70/20/10
- Use a variety of learning methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools and practices to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the learning
- Research content and/or collaborate with SMEs and other cross functional stakeholders to develop a consistent and accurate global training curriculum linked to the TWWS, ensuring it provides relevant, challenging and productive learning experiences
- Introduce measurement and KPIs against TWWS schools to demonstrate the impact and value add to the business
- Analyse training effectiveness making the necessary adjustments to ensure we create a culture of continuous learning and value add within the business and embed 70/20/10
- Work closely with the broader L&D team and other internal partners to ensure alignment around key priorities and initiatives
- Budget tracking aligned with the Centres needs
- Conduct regular audit reviews to monitor alignment of standardised processes
- Partner with L&D Services to deliver a positive learner experience, ensuring design, reporting and training management are proactively delivered
