De afdeling Solution Delivery ERP & Corporate Services (ECS) is opgedeeld in verschillende hoofddomeinen:

- Architecture
- Logistics
- Data Management
- Customer Service, HR & Finance
- Process Reengineering & ERP Migration.

In deze functie ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor **Logistics**. Als Manager rapporteer je aan de Head of van de afdeling. Je voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

- Inhoudelijke aansturing van de Business Area's Supply Chain, Procurement en Train Maintenance
- Definiëren van de te volgen standaarden en processen en erover waken dat die worden nageleefd
- Toezien op het behalen van de doelstellingen en evalueren van de behaalde resultaten (kwaliteit en kwantiteit)
- Onderzoeken van de haalbaarheid van projecten, diensten en/of initiatieven, rekening houdend met het afdelingsbeleid bepaald door de Head of
- Aanmoedigen van verbeteringen aan de organisatie, procedures en werkcircuits die een impact hebben op de efficiëntie of de dienstverlening aan de klant
- Ondersteunen en erover waken dat de interne processen in lijn zijn met de methodologieën gehanteerd binnen Ypto en NMBS
- Zorgen voor een samenhang tussen de verschillende teams/Business Area's en afdelingen door bv. afstemmingsmomenten te organiseren over de respectieve rollen en verantwoordelijkheden
- Opstellen van een jaarlijks budget i.s.m. de voornaamste stakeholders, erover waken dat dit beheerd wordt zoals een goede huisvader en hier regelmatig over rapporteren
- Resultaatgericht begeleiden van de 3 business area leads die aan jou rapporteren en hen ondersteunen bij het omgaan met complexe situaties
- Delegeren van verantwoordelijkheden
- Houden van functionerings
- en evaluatiegesprekken met de direct reports en indien nodig met andere medewerkers uit de betrokken teams
- Actief deelnemen aan resource management en capacity planning voor de betrokken teams

- Fungeren als contactpersoon voor de stakeholders, inclusief het management van Ypto en NMBS
- Samen met de klant de noden detecteren en formuleren
- De betrokken verantwoordelijken en teams ondersteunen in contacten met de klant
- Optreden als vertegenwoordiger van Ypto bij de klant in geval van grote projecten of escalaties
- Initiëren en begeleiden van changetrajecten
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een uitgebreide ERP-ervaring, met een sterke voorkeur voor SAP.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur functionele kennis van de logistics( Supply chain, Procurement en maintenance).
- Je hebt een goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je communiceert en overlegt vlot en beschikt over uitstekende presentatievaardigheden.
- Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit verschillende teams en disciplines en bent klantgericht.
- Je hebt een hoog niveau van organisatiesensitiviteit en bent stressbestendig.
