**Sustainability Communications Senior Manager - 12 months FTC**
CCEP has an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and experienced Sustainability Communications Senior Manager to join our inclusive team. This full-time role is a maternity cover role, primarily based in Uxbridge/London and offers an attractive salary and benefits package.
As a Senior Communications Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of 360-degree communications that drive corporate reputation and category perception for the company's Europacific Partners in partnership with The Coca-Cola Company and other franchise partners.
To give you an idea of how this Sustainability Communications Senior Manager role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Work with external stakeholders and senior management to develop external communications initiatives, including campaigns, thought leadership platforms and media relations
- Generate campaign ideas that support sustainability priorities, corporate reputation and category perception, customer engagement and employee advocacy
- Manage content governance and routines across multiple audiences and channels to support delivery of communication campaigns and projects
- Write and create engaging communications content that support business objectives, ensuring alignment internally and externally, and across the business
- Develop and manage relationships with internal teams and external partners to create communications
- Substantial experience developing and delivering corporate or sustainability communication plans, preferably internally and externally, via traditional and digital means
- Experience of leading and delivering multi-market campaigns across business units
- Social media and ability to utilise data and insights to guide content
