**Mission**
At **IBA**, we are shaping the future of cancer treatment and particle accelerator technologies. To reinforce our **Technologies team**, we're looking for a **Innovation Project Manager** — someone who thrives on scientific discovery, teamwork, and bringing research to life. You won’t just manage innovation — you’ll **be part of it**. You’ll work with passionate people on meaningful technologies, in a company where **science meets purpose**.**Challenges we trust you with**
As a Innovation Project Manager, you will:
- **Drive forward early-stage research & innovation projects**, working closely with internal experts or directly contributing to scientific investigations.
- **Lead technology watch initiatives**: gather internal input, maintain watch tools, pre-analyze and share insights across the company.
- **Support innovation governance**: help improve processes, build engagement across teams, and maintain reporting tools and KPIs.
- Facilitate smooth collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage **multiple innovation tracks** — from ideation to handover to product development.
- Act as a connector between **R&D, Operations, Product Management, Quality and Regulatory Affairs**.
**What we value**
**You have**:
- A **Master’s or PhD** in **Physics or** **Engineering**:
- Knowledge or experience in **particle accelerators**, **particle beams**, or related fields.
- At least **3 years of experience** in R&D or innovation project management (PhD counts).
- Hands-on technical skills and an appetite for learning.
- A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to bring clarity in fuzzy environments.
- Fluency in **English** (French is a plus).
